Exchange Letter to be here...

Here is my Fic in a Box exchange letter!

The most important thing for me is that you have fun with it. Exchanges are supposed to be fun and enjoyable and spread the fandom love. So write something you would like to write, and I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

X-Men Otm

I’ve asked for art in the additional tags, either art for my fics, or in-universe art.
I love fanart, and especially for this fandom.

I like Scott the best, he's such an interesting character and someone who has many different sides to him. I feel that Logan brings something out that no one else does.
I also am very intrigued by his relationship with Xavier. Truthfully, I'm not a huge Xavier fan, although they are quite adorable together in the few scenes they have in the first film, I am NOT impressed by the way Chuck seemed to abandon Scott in X3 (although that does mean that Logan is the one to try and get him to stay before he goes to find Jean)

Random ideas -
Scott and Logan go on adventures together and decide they like each other
X3 doesn't happen! Or Logan stops Scott leaving, leading to “feelings”
What would Xavier think about his prize pupil and stoic field leader falling for the Wolverine. Would he try to sabotage them? Maybe he would tell Logan that Scott and Jean are cosmically meant for each other, and pressure Logan to call it off.
And what would Jean think of it?
Logan helps Scott deal with some of dark things about his past
A different version of X2 where Scott and Ro go to Boston and meet up with Logan, and Jean goes somewhere else (not necessary with the Professor)
Is Alex dead in this universe? How could you throw Alex in the mix and make him cause trouble from them. Or did he blow up the School too in the universe?

Defenders of the Earth

Um, anything?
This is such a small fandom that anything would be awesome! I love Mandrake, so something exploring who he is, and his place with the defenders would be perfect.
I'd be interested in Mandrake in his role as a Shadow Lord, and about his friendships with the older Defenders. Maybe something withhim and Dynak X - the mix of Magic and science.
What does he think of his fellow Defenders?
Him and Lothar go back a long way - I can’t remember off-hand if how they met and became friends was ever shown, but if it wasn’t that would be fun.
And he knows The Phantom, but how probably wasn’t fleshed out either.
How does he get on with the teenagers? Or how do they get on with him? Is he the one they might go to to complain about their respective parents?
Has he been fighting evil monsters before forming the Defenders? Bet he did!
What are the limits to his power, as a Shadow Lord? What would he do if it all went horribly wrong? Would he turn “Strange-Supreme” and go on a rampage to set it right? How far would he really go?
What about Mandrake and Ming? How about Ming finding a way to “persuade” Mandrake to join his team? I like the idea that Ming might try and manipulate/brainwash Mandrake into being on his side. That sound fun!
Or an AU where Mandrake does end up on the other side of the conflict for some reason? Could he take don his friends?
He’s keeper of the Crystal of Konos, so potential there for time shenanigans and other temporal fun. AUs, alt versions of him teaming up with Ming, or just being satisfied with bing a “Magician” and getting lots of attention and fame and praise, rather than being a hero.

Gauntlet Dark Legacy

Something? Anything?
I know, it's a small fandom, but I'd love an exploration of some of the mechanics used in the game.
Crystals? Why Crystals to open the gates?
What does Sumner do all day?
How does he make infinite power-up?
Why does he do that?
Oh, and one of my favourite parts of this game is the "Game Over" screen... you get a scene of Sumner reading a book, when a firey hand punches through the wall behind him, and it grabs him and pulls him away. That's cool!

King Arthur: Legend of the Sword

Worldbuilding

This is such a rich, interesting world, that is completely under-explored. My favourite character is Bill, so if you could include him that would be great, but there is so much to add in general in this film. What's the deal with the Mages? What about Bill's career as a spy? why are there giant animals in the darklands? Where is the Darklands? And Merlin?
Bill - I ship him with either Arthur or Maggie, and I'd love something about his adventures during the time of Vortigen's reign or maybe after with him and Arthur.
I’ve always like the title “Bill and Bed’s Excellent Adventure”, even though I have no idea what that would be about, it’s a cool title and if you can fit a story into it, that would be amazing.
Attack of the magical monster - Squid women from under the castle, giant beasts from the darklands, and I’m sure other strange monsters are roaming the lands.
The dark history of the Sword. What effect does it have on Arthur, does it take a physical or mental toll. It’s a powerful magical item an he flounces around with it, without any consequences. What happens if other people try to use it? What if Bill tried to use it to help Art, what would the cost be? Could Bill use it in an emergency?
What was the personal cost to Bill for not cosying up to Vortigen, especially as Vortigen had access to magical powers?
What was Bill like while Uther was alive, and how did he react to his death? How does that affect his relationship with Art.
How often did Bill go to the Brothel. What would have happened if the Blacklegs hadn't found Bill there, and life continued as (relative) normal. Would the resistance ver have found Uther’s heir?
What about Bill telling Art about the resistance while Art was growing up in London.
Bill's past from that time coming back to haunt him
Art's past from that time coming back to haunt him!
How do Art and Bill learn to work together, their styles are very different.
Bill isn’t in the legends… why not?

Westworld

And I've only watched to the end of Season 2, so I wouldn't like anything about things that happen in the later seasons. Besides, the part I liked the most about the show is the Park - the mix of humans and Hosts in the park playing their roles.
This is Westworld, so violence and abuse of Host is kind-of the norm, but I'd prefer it to be at the level show in the show, and no worse.
I'd love something to do with the structures of the park, how it works and how it fits together.
I'm interested in the technical side of it too, the coding, the building of the robots, the way Narrative works. I think the strongest part of the series was the Wild West setting, and how modern humans mixed in, there is so much to explore with that.
Teddy Flood is my favourite, and if he could be in the mix that would be great.
And as for ideas about Teddy, something about him as the Sherriff, before the "massacre", his day to day functioning in the park.
He dies most of all in the park, how does that affect his programming.
I’m pretty meh about him and Dolores, and he does seem to love her, but is that just his Narrative, rather than being genuine love. What does love actually mean to him?
Teddy basically gets screwed over all the time. And shot. And then revived and has to do it all over again just to entertain us humans. How would he react if someone is nice to him for a change? Does he even know what a happy ending is?
Maybe his definition of a happy ending is different from ours.
They all seemed to forget about Wyatt, but what was his relationship with Wyatt like? How did they meet (in the narrative), where they friends? What justification did Teddy give for Wyatt’s betrayal?
Was he programmed for any other roles before he was the mysterious bounty hunter? Maybe between being sheriff and being the Teddy we see. Maybe parts of that leak through like it did with other hosts.
The MiB trying to corrupt him might be interesting too, as he is set up as "the good guy".
What if Westworld goes offline and the Hosts are left to fend for themselves? What would Teddy have to do to survive?
What was the new narrative that Ford was mapping out, what was it? What future scenarios might there have been? What might have happened if Dolores hadn’t instigated the revolution?
And then there is all the possibilities that the computerised side of his nature might contain. - Programming errors, calibration, de-bugging, system error, blue screen of death. Teddy cycling through his loop, but his programming degrades each time round. I love the idea that the hosts are still “computers”, and that they have all the problems that computers usually have. Do they overheat? Do updates not work properly every time? Do their drivers fail! Do they refuse to connect to printers… do they throw up random errors that make no sense to us humans? And what would an error “mean” to a host? How would they interpret it?
